Return/Repair Policy
We don`t expect you will need a repair through normal careful wear of our jewellery.  We will repair your item free of charge for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  Please note that some materials may not be available immediately for repair and it may take us some time to find. We will send you an email letting you know if you can expect a delay.  Repairs after the 30 day initial period are subject to a small materials charge and shipping fees.
Although we ensure our goods are of the highest quality and each package is checked prior to shipping, once your package leaves our premises we cannot ensure that no damage will occur.  We will however do our best to keep you happy and retain your loyalty.  j-line will not be liable for any damage if not reported within 2 days after receiving your shipment.  Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, and health regulations we will not accept returns on specific items; including earrings.  Please be sure to contact us with any questions prior to placing your order.  Refunds from j-line will be given as store credits.   We only refund shipping and handling charges if we made an error with your order.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are waived on all orders over $150 CAD.  

For orders under $150 CAD shipping and handling is calculated at a flat rate of $15.00 CAD plus GST or HST for all purchases with a Canadian delivery address.  Shipping to the United States costs $18.00 CAD and $20.00 CAD for other countries.  We will ship your order 1-5 days after payment notification.  All items dispatched by j-line domestically & internationally have Proof of Delivery.  A signature will be required on receipt. You may add a shipping address to your order (work address, etc.) to ensure you can sign for your order.  If your order is returned to us because there was no-one to sign and it was not subsequently collected from the delivery service, the cost of sending your order out again will be charged.  Shipping cost is not refundable.

All merchandise is shipped with standard insurance. 
j-line can only process online orders after payment has been made through PayPal or with a valid credit card.   

j-line endeavors to accurately describe and display the colors of all products on its pages.  Please note that the actual colors you see will depend on the quality and configuration of your monitor and may actually vary from the image on your monitor.   All items listed for sale in the website are subject to availability and quantities are limited. 

Please be advised that all photos, designs, text, and other graphic representations of j-line are not to be reproduced without our expressed written consent.
